All orders are fulfilled in alignment with our limited drop model.

Order Processing

Orders are not processed immediately after purchase.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During this time, your order is confirmed and submitted for production.

 

Production & Preparation Timeline

All wigs are made to order and finished in-house to meet The Glueless Lab standard.

Please allow 5–8 weeks for production, customization, and preparation before shipment.

This includes wig construction, custom hairline, and final styling.

 

Shipping

Orders will ship once production and customization are complete.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
