Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

Each wig is made to order and customized specifically for each client. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Cut lace
• Incorrect color selection
• Change of mind
• Wigs that have been worn, used, or altered
• Removal of the hygiene tag
• Improper installation or handling
• Normal wear and tear

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your Glueless Lab piece is made to order and is non-refundable unless deemed faulty.

We do not guarantee color results may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, or customization.
